STANDARD DELIVERY

 

Our Standard Delivery ensures delivery within 3 - 5 working days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel's journey.

*Please note that during bank holidays this may take longer.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

 

Opt for Express Delivery for deliveries within 2 to 3 working days. After processing your order, we'll provide you with a tracking number for parcel tracking.


FOR BOTH STANDARD AND EXPRESS DELIVERY


Tracking information will be automatically sent via email and/or text message, depending on the contact details you've provided. Tracking details will be available shortly after dispatch.


ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY SPECIFICS


Royal Mail typically does not require a signature for deliveries, but someone should be present to accept it if the item can't fit through a letterbox. In case your unavailable, Royal Mail may deliver the parcel to a neighbour. If tracking shows delivery, but you haven't received it, kindly check with your neighbours.


IF ROYAL MAIL CAN NOT COMPLETE THE DELIVERY


You'll receive a notification that your parcel is at the local sorting office. You can collect it from there or follow the provided instructions for a redelivery attempt.


INTERNATIONAL TRACKED


We offer international shipping via Royal Mail's tracked service. Delivery times range from 5-14 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country. Please be aware that local customs delays and potential import duties or taxes may apply. Unfortunately, we have no control over these factors.


NOTE


UK Bank holidays and International Bank Holidays are not considered delivery days. Please allow additional working days for deliveries during these periods.
